When I detected a degree course focussing on “Digital Business” I found the immediate answer on my question “What to study?”. Business administration with a focus on “Digital Business” is a focus on trendsetting business direction.

Why did you choose XU?

While informing about various universities in Berlin & Brandenburg, I noticed the XU rather randomly. But by reading more about the concept, I was impressed and convinced immediately. I saw the positive thing of a recently founded school, it gives you the opportunity to contribute and shape the overall model. Finally it was the Open Campus Day which confirmed my decision.

Why did you choose your course of studies?

The developing digitization of society is a fascinating topic I already pursued in my seminar paper earlier. When I detected a degree course focussing on “Digital Business” I found the immediate answer on my question “What to study?”. Business administration with a focus on “Digital Business” is a focus on trendsetting business direction. Our future business administration will significantly change in the context of digitization, therefore I feel well prepared by choosing “Digital Business”.

What was important to you when choosing your place to study?

Workplace and study environment is key for me. I strongly believe in a relationship between an ideal work environment supporting a high learning motivation, overall satisfaction, innovative results and inspiration. This is exactly what I found in our XU campus concept. It is a key differentiator to any other university. Furthermore our professors have an economic profession outside XU with a lot of experience and illustrative examples helping us to link theory with use cases.
