The direct contact to leading experts from business, technology & research offers enormous opportunities, so that the students can already build up a relevant network during their studies.

3 questions, 3 answers to the students of XU, this time with Lennart, student of Digital Business. With the Hashtag #xustudentlife, our students will also be giving insights into their student lives in our Instagram story in the coming months. In the next two weeks, it will be Lennart, Niklas and Matteo.

Why did you choose XU?

The XU Exponential University offers a future-oriented course of study for the fast-paced digital economy and is always concerned with the innovations of our time. Instead of practicing ordinary frontal teaching, XU relies on interactive learning units in small groups. A special advantage of XU is the practical orientation of the lecturers – many of them are founders & entrepreneurs themselves, so they pass on their market knowledge firsthand to the students. The campus in Potsdam/Berlin also provides direct contact to the exciting start-up scene in and around Berlin.

Why did you choose your course of studies?

I have a deep passion for digital products & business models. Before I started my studies at XU, I studied Business Administration for digital innovations, but there it was a very traditional & outdated concept. The “Digital Business” course at XU teaches the necessary knowledge and skills needed in tomorrow’s businesses. We deal with New Work-HR, digital skills and innovative business models.

What was important to you when choosing your place to study?

The practical orientation of my studies played an essential role for me. The direct contact to leading experts from business, technology & research offers enormous opportunities, so that the students can already build up a relevant network during their studies. Digitalisation is changing almost every area of the economy – I am convinced that education also has to change. XU Exponential University pursues this mission and offers a unique study program for the digitized future.
