About
The project “UNITED – Inclusion and Diversity of Learners with Diverse Backgrounds” is a Erasmus+ co-funded project (no. 2022-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000092335) in collaboration with XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences and Luxembourg Creative Lab. It aims to strengthen the partner organizations by educating our staff members and peers on the most important European values of Inclusion and Diversity.
Project stakeholders
The “UNITED” project educates staff and peers on important European values of Inclusion and Diversity to enhance partnering organizations. Its objective is to build a sustainable culture where a diverse team can work comfortably, recognizing that differences make us stronger, and fostering respect for ideas and opinions.
Project Overview
Transnational Project Meetings
During our first on-site project meeting which took place at our modern campus in Potsdam on February 27th 2023, we laid the foundations of the project. The XU Exponential University of Applied Sciences and Luxembourg Creative Lab discussed all details related to UNITED goals – short- and long-term, priorities and work flow. We chose best practices for project management and quality assurance, which will guide us in order to support inclusion and diversity across our classrooms and workplaces!
Expected Results
Educate our staff members and peers on the most important European values of Inclusion and Diversity as well as enhancing an inclusive learning environment.
Build a sustainable culture in which a diverse team of people work and study together, feel comfortable and are confident to be themselves.
Educate our staff to strive for excellence and recognize that differences make us stronger.
Encourage a culture of respect, freedom of speech and the civil and respectful expression of ideas and opinions.
Open Event
In summer 2023 XU Exponential University will host an open event where students, professors and administrative staff alongside stakeholders and policy-makers will be invited. Stay tuned!
